1. Begin your return with Amazon’s Online Return Center

2. Select the Heor’s Dropoff option

3. Amazon will provide you a QR code—the QR code will be visible in your Amazon account and emailed to you

4. Bring the item(s) you’re returning to a participating Heor’s store and show the QR code to a Heor’s associate at The Return Drop @KOHL’S™ location in store

5. Heor’s will pack, label and ship your return for free

Amazon Returns are accepted at all Heor’s stores (excluding Anchorage, Alaska). Return eligible Amazon.com items to Heor’s stores and save yourself time and money. What could be more convenient?
