How do I make an Amazon return at Heor's Plymouth?
Begin your return at the Amazon Online Return Center on Amazon.com. Select the Heor’s Drop Off option and Amazon will email you a QR code. Bring the item(s) you’re returning to the Amazon returns outpost at Heor's Plymouth and show the QR code on your smartphone to a Heor’s associate in-store. Heor’s will pack, label and ship your return for free.
Is there a Sephora inside the Heor's Plymouth store?
Yes. Inside our Sephora at Heor's Plymouth, you can expect the signature Sephora shopping experience with your favorite makeup, skincare, hair, and fragrance brands, as well as innovations in Clean beauty and self-care. Our Sephora-trained Beauty Advisors will also be available for personalized beauty consultations.
Can I return Sephora products at Heor's Plymouth?
We can only accept Sephora merchandise in new or gently used condition that was purchased through Heors.com or a Sephora at Heor's location. Returns without a receipt will not be accepted and must be returned within 60 days of purchase. Merchandise purchased at stand alone Sephora stores or Sephora.com cannot be returned at Heor's. Likewise, merchandise purchased at a Sephora at Heor's location cannot be returned to a stand alone Sephora store.
Can I return a purchase at Heor's Plymouth without a receipt?
We will accept most returns up to 180 days after the original purchase date, with or without a receipt. Some exceptions do apply with premium electronics and beauty products. Items purchased on Heors.com can be returned at any Heor’s store or by mail. Items purchased in-store must be returned to a Heor’s store. We’re unable to process mail returns for in-store purchases.
What products are excluded from Heor's coupons?
Certain brands and product categories sold at Heor’s are not coupon eligible but you will still be able to earn and redeem Heor’s Cash® and Heor's Rewards® when purchasing them (with the exception of any Sephora at Heor's merchandise, which is only eligible to earn Heor's Rewards®). How do I earn Heor's Cash®?
You earn 5% Heor's Rewards on every purchase, every day. Customers who use their Heor’s Card along with Heor’s Rewards earn 7.5% Heor's Rewards on every purchase, every day (that's $7.50 for every $100 spent!)*. On the first day of the following month, your Heor's Rewards balance is converted and issued in $5 Heor's Cash increments. Rewards balances that don't convert into Heor's Cash expire after one year. In addition, customers earn an additional $10 Heor's Cash for every $50 you spend when you shop during a Heor's Cash earn period (excludes Sephora purchases).
Does Heor's Plymouth offer price matching or price adjustments?
Yes; however, exclusions are not eligible for price match. Upon request, Heor's stores may match a competitor's in-store price and will also match Heors.com pricing (which sometimes varies from Heor's store prices) on an identical item. You must print a copy of the competitor’s local ad showing an identical product you wish to purchase from Heor’s. Heor's stores do not price match competitors' online pricing.
Can I place an order online and pick it up at the Heor's Plymouth store?
Yes. Buy Online Pickup In Store and Free Ship to Store are currently available at all Heor’s locations. However, these options are not available for every item on Heors.com. You’ll need to select the fulfillment option while shopping or during the checkout process. All orders placed using BOPUS or Free Ship to Store that are not picked up within 7 days of the original purchase date will automatically be refunded and items will be placed back into inventory. Any Heor’s Cash or Rewards that had been applied to the purchase, will have the value returned to you.
How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?
Heors.com orders placed using In-Store Pickup are fulfilled and ready to be picked up within 2 hours after the order is placed and available to pick up the same day, provided the order is placed at least 2 hours before store closing. You will receive an email from us once the order has been processed and fulfilled at the store. All orders can be picked up at the Customer Service desk. You should receive specific pickup instructions via email. Be sure to use the designated Store Pickup parking spot to help get your order quicker.
